Wouldn’t we ALL love to get rid of our pimples in one day or less — to make it all disappear like a Siegfried and Roy magic act — to but a rope around it’s neck and strangle the puss,embarrassment, years of teasing, and lack of social life out of it and get away with the crime?
Well, I got away with it. Sort of. I admit, it’s not a permanent solution what I’m going to share with you below that shows you how to get rid of pimples in one day. But it IS a solution, albeit temporary, for a day or two if your lucky.
Maybe you’re preparing for a major photo shoot you’ve been planning for months for a “thanks for the memories” session suddenly, exactly 24 hours before the big day you see this little puss mountain grow in the middle of your left check.
Or maybe (here it comes…) you’re a young man or woman getting ready for the date-of-a-lifetime and you have a panic attack, and it’s NOT because there’s a fire in the house — there’s a fire on your face.
Whatever your sudden acne crises, these tips below came in handy for me when I was going through the similar turbulence:
Tip #1: I always wondered why just before something major happens in life, those little red mountains show up out of no where. Turns out, one of those causes is called “stress anticipation”. Stress itself doesn’t cause acne, but the build up under your skin does. Keep yourself relaxed and well-rested.
Tip #2: Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water, avoid caffeine, alcohol, sugary sodas, and salt.
Tip #3: If you’re skin starts getting greasy from excitement, just blot the infected areas with tissue. If you need something a little more “heavy-duty”, carry around a few sheets of paper towel for the occasion.
